Lazarus, the Fourth Evangelist?

Ben Witherington writes an interesting article for BAR titled "The Last Man Standing." In it, Dr. Witherington puts forth the possibility that it was Lazarus and not John who was the last man standing at the cross, and furthermore it was Lazarus and not John who wrote the Fourth Gospel.
